In this virtually and in English conducted public course, participants will enjoy a practice oriented introduction to project management including predictive and agile methods. The participants will learn to successfully initiate, plan, monitor and close projects; handle crucial elements like scope, resources, schedule, cost and quality; to apply different methods according the project needs; to apply best practices to manage risks, variances and scope changes throughout the project; and to manage the stakeholder expectations and interests.
